At Appalachian Sport and Spine, we offer convenient payment options to suit your needs, including cash, credit/debit cards, and personal checks. Our goal is to make your payment process simple and hassle-free.
We also accept Medicare Part B (not Medicare supplement plans), and we accept payments made through CareCredit.

How does chiropractic care work?

Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Chiropractic care is considered safe when performed by a liscensed and qualified chiropractor. Numerous studies and extensive research have demonstrated the safety and effectiveness of chirorpactic care for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, mostly commonly including back pain, neck pain, and headaches.
How many chiropractic sessions will I need?
That will be depenant on what the patient has going on and what their goals for treatment are. Some individuals may be good to go after just a few treatments, and other will want to come in regularly for wellness care. This will be determined through discussions and reccomendations by and between you and your chiropractor.
Do chiropractors treat children and infants?
Yes, chiropractic care is a safe and effective treatment option for children and infants in need of care.
Will I need x-rays or other imaging tests?
The short answer is maybe. Your chiropractor will determine if you need additional testing or imaging based on your history, your complaint, and any additional testing that they might do in office.
